Academy Housing

North Park Apartments

Available to Students 16 Years Old & Up
10 or 12 Month Lease Agreements

Ballet West Academy Housing is considered independent living. Our goal for our housing students is to learn valuable life skills needed to live away from home while also connecting with like-minded individuals.  All of our units are leased for double occupancy, helping students to learn how to live with another person.  Students are responsible for their own cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, and transportation.

Resident Advisors are mentors living onsite while also establishing and enforcing housing rules and policies. RAs also create monthly student activities to help foster a sense of community.  Previous housing student activities include movie nights, potlucks, crafting, etc.  We want students who live at the North Park Apartments to become strong, confident dancers.
