Dancers accepted into Ballet West Academy’s 2025 Summer Intensives (Salt Lake City and St. George) or the 2025-2026 Academic Year are eligible to apply for Financial Aid.

Application Process

Please apply at the link below, using Ballet West Academy’s code, 9010. Current tax information is required to complete the full application. There is a fee associated with this service, which Ballet West is unable to waive. All applicants must successfully complete the application process, including submission of required supporting documentation before they can be considered for aid.

Deadlines to submit for:
2025 Summer Financial Aid: April 15, 2025
2025-2026 Academic Year: August 11, 2025

*Please only submit one application, in consideration for both the 2025 Summer and the 2025-2025 Academic Year.

Financial aid applications must be submitted through School and Student Services by NAIS.

Military Discount

  • 10% discount on the cost of tuition to dependents of active duty US military personnel, National Guard, and Reservists.  

  • 50% discount to Gold Star families.  

In order to access the Military Discount, please send a copy of a DEERS card or most recent LES as proof of military status to academy@balletwest.org.  

This discount does not apply to the cost of the non-refundable deposit amount and is not applicable to housing expenses for summer programs. 

In acknowledgement of those who serve our county, Ballet West Academy is thrilled to announce a military discount for our 2025 Summer Programs, including Summer Camps and Summer Intensives. 

Dancers worldwide, ages 9-20, are invited to audition, in-person or via video audition, for our 2025 Summer Intensives. Students will be considered for acceptance and potential scholarship to all Ballet West Academy Summer Intensives, including those in partnership with artÉmotion.
